NZPICS – is turning 40.

CPIM 2019 completion target:

If you are currently undertaking CPIM Part 1 tutored class (or have completed CPIM Part 1 tutored class) and targeting to complete your CPIM this year please enrol for the CPIM Part 2 tutored class starting on August 2nd 2019. This is the last CPIM Part 2 tutored class for this year.

Professional Development:

NZPICS goal is to develop Supply Chain Leaders to move into ‘C’ suite roles. From providing professional development through APICS courses, NZPICS assists in accelerating your professional development in the latest trends in Supply Chain and Operations management through site visit, workshops, short courses and seminars

We are running a series on supply chain seminars highlighting the latest trends in optimising Supply Chains. Our first session on “Blockchain – Non Technical Walkthrough”. covered the basic of ‘What is a Blockchain’ to ‘How does it Work’ to ‘What Strategies options are available to enterprises’. Thank you Mark Singh for a brilliant presentation and thank you for the positive feedback from the attendees.

We are running two more seminars - “Digital Supply Chain – Strategy; Maturity and Technology” and “Powering an intelligent supply chain” in May and June. Details below to register.

CPIM Part 2 (Certificate in Production & Inventory Management) Classes start Wednesday    7 August – Last CPIM Part 2 session for 2019

CLTD (Certificate in Logistic Transportation and Distribution) classes start Thursday 6 June 2019

Self-Study enrolments are open at any time for CPIM, CLTD and CSCP.

  1. 2. NZPICS authorised test centre for Pearson VUE:

NZPICS is now officially approved as a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Centre. What this means to our members, NZPICS can provide a one stop shop solution for your supply chain needs i.e. offer APICS courses and a central location as a test centre for your APICS exams. 

As a Pearson VUE test centre we can undertake variety of Accredited Certification tests to be administered at NZPICS facility for example IBM, Cisco, C++, SAP, CIMA and many more. We are in the final stages of testing the testing facility.

Enrollments are now open for APICS exams at NZPICS Penrose office.

  1. 3. A three part seminar on the latest trends in Supply Chain. Opening session on Blockchain101 followed by Digital supply chain strategy concludes with technology bricks for digitalising supply chain viz. IoT, AI, Machine Learning and Blockchain to create an intelligent, efficient, effective and responsive supply chain.

Supply Chain Matters in Manufacturing
