In the past year, we experienced a pandemic that took far too many lives and created the biggest disruption to manufacturing operations in modern history. In short, 2020 was a year we won’t soon forget and one that will forever change the way we live and do business.

As any industry professional can tell you, the global pandemic has put supply chains — and all they have the power to do — in the spotlight. The work they do day in and day out has never been more visible and more important to the entire world than it is now. Supply chain professionals are at the forefront of this pandemic and rising to the many challenges before them.

NZPICS and Lawson Williams ran a salary survey in 2019 (https://nzpics.org.nz/2019-nzpics-nz-supply-chain-salary-survey-report/).We aim to carry out a biyearly – NZ Supply Chain salary survey to measure and report the remuneration changes that take place in the supply chain sector over this period. Especially now due to the impact of COVID-19.
