    In this presentation Simon and Colin will discuss the legal regimes that regulate the supply chain, the impact of global events such as Covid and the war in the Ukraine, and the changing legal landscape for e-commerce and ESG.

    Simon Cartwright | Partner (Trade & Transport)

    Simon is a transport and trade law specialist. He was previously a partner in the international law firm HFW. Simon regularly assists clients with commercial issues arising from domestic and international trade, including advising on the sale and purchase of commodities, advising on and drafting commercial maritime contracts and handling disputes in domestic and international forums.He is rated as one of New Zealand’s leading transport lawyers in The Legal 500, Chambers and Partners and Doyles legal directories.

    Colin Hunter | Associate (Trade & Transport)

    Colin is a transport and insurance law specialist. He assists clients with disputes involving international trade, international carriage, charterparties, marine insurance, freight forwarders and pleasure craft. He has a particular interest in legal research and law and economics.
