The ASCM conference September 9 – 11 in Austin, Texas was a smorgasbord of intellectual tantalizing topics. Covering these such as AI, Sustainability, Climate change, carbon footprint, supply chain resilience and disruption, etc. Each session was a feast for thoughts.
One key takeaway from the conference is that the supply chain landscape is, and will continue to be, inherently volatile. The emergence of new technologies, along with governance focused on sustainability and carbon footprints, highlights the need for adaptability. Regardless of these challenges, supply chain professionals will always lead the way in addressing and resolving issues.

- NZPICS # 3 Partner Asia Region Award

- Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) program undergoing revision
The current CLTD program ver 2.4 is undergoing a Job task analysis (JTA) where the content of the current CLTD program is being analysed (by supply chain professionals, academia, consultants, etc) and a new, improved and revised content will be available in early February 2025.
If you or your colleague is interested in undertaking the CLTD program, recommend waiting till February 2025 to enrol for the program.
